| Morning mummers i don't do this often but i need some helping making a decision here I have a great job ..it's more like the perfect job.It's laid back..fun..easiest job i could get I'm sure..the only problem is this When i started working there I was doing a normal job that anyone else would do there.Then as time went by I kept being delt more jobs to deal with which is also fine but the two girls I'm training are getting paid the exact same amount as i am to train them.Now for what I'm asking should i bring this to manager and talk to her about it or should I just leave it alone...? |
