| If a person is separated from their spouse and not living in the same house with them but divorce papers have not yet been filed, is it appropriate for them to be dating someone else? I've always avoided separated guys like the plague but my friends say my rules are too strict about this, that the separation indicates "intent to divorce". I say not necessarily and that he could return to his spouse at any moment, leaving the person he has been dating with no grounds at all for an argument about it. What do you think.... Is a person who is separated fair game on the dating market or would you not want to enter into a dating relationship with them until divorce is filed and or actually final. Your thoughts? |
