Ok if your married and the wife uses a credit card that you had paid off and didn't use and ran up a debt of over $13,000 dollars. What would you do? Actually went over the max on the card and also changed the address so the statements went to her moms and shredded my card. Just a tad bit pissed off and she has NO answers for the debt.

Should I divorce the dead weight? Or try to work it out knowing she will never pay me back the debt? I am Fucked either way.
