| On October 28th, I was in a lot of pain so I took two of my prescription pain killers instead of just one. The problem is I got pulled over and got a DUI. I've paid $250.00 for the re-instatement of my license, $1,500.00 for fines, $175 for the mandatory evaluation, and will have to pay at least another $1000.00 for the classes that I'm required to take. While I admit I shouldn't have taken the extra pill, but I was in severe pain. What I'm wondering is should they keep bleeding me dry money-wise, or should they give me a break? |
