| I think professional athletes should have to pay a hefty price when caught breaking the law. These days professional athletes are spousal abusers, caught waiving guns around, doing drugs and fighting. Its rare to find a role model atheletes even in the olymipcs. However, even in the olympics those people are disqualified and not allowed to proceed. I think a heavier penalty should be standard and brought up when signing contracts to become apart of national leagues. No body should get by because of their stardem. It sets a terrible example for young children and impressionable adults alike, teaching them the wrong things. Do think the rules should be left alone or enforce a strickter penalty? |
