| I have a friend who is in a very complicated situation...she was livin with a guy n his parents...they have a nine month old son together...she decided she no longer wants to be with this man so she left the house...but they wouldnt let her take her son with her...she feels like there isnt alot she can do about it right now because she is only 17...she doesnt want to go back because according to her there has been violence in the relationship but she is afraid that if she doesnt go back she will lose her son for good...so the question we need help with is should she stay gone, hire a lawyer, and hope that by the time she turns 18 in may the judge wont think shes abandoned her son or should she just go back and live with everything until she turns 18? |
