I am a supervisor for the company i work for,i have an employee that has a drinking habbit.....he comes to work everyday and dosent drink on the job and is a good worker....i already help him bye giving him a ride to and from work...the problem is he blows his money on beer and when he is broke he trys to make ppl feel sorry for him and will ask ppl to help him with money......ect. I've already made it clear that i wont lend him any money but he is trying to get me to help him with other things such as food,cigs...ect. knowing what he does with his money.....should i
A)still feel sorry for him and try to help him
or
B)tell him aslong as he is blowing his money on beer........a ride to and from work is all i can do |
