In our divorce settlement, I got the house, it's belongings, and my car. He got his truck and boat. He called at the beginning of summer to see if he could take go-cart down to the bay for the kids. I called him today to see if he could bring it back, especially since he now has a new 4-wheeler for them. He said he's not bringing it back (he traded his old 4-wheeler for the go-cart about 5 years ago). He said it's his and that I was being a selfish bitch. Explained to him that the go-cart isn't for me, it's for the kids. He has no place to ride it at his house, and summer is almost over so they won't be going down to the bay as much. I told him that the go-cart was included in the divorce settlement.
Am I wrong to ask for it back? Or should I just drop it to avoid argument? |
