mum expired. [EVERYONE]

So when you get a CT scan and many of you know you have the sign paperwork Before being injected with anything radioactive otherwise you just get a normal scan .

Months later after getting CAT scan after CAT scan
You receive on your chart a little checklist where you can put complaints

I have yet to see any superpowers
And I don’t feel like it was a fair deal , I’m pretty sure in there somewhere there was a trade for a superpowers.
Right now , I should have at least two new powers.

Should I send this Complaint in
If so should I just add it to the chart or should I deliver the complaint in person?
