Boyfriend and I have been dating for 5 months now, planning to get married, and in the process of buying a house. Moved in with me last week. He works as a tugboat pilot - so he's gone 20 days out of the month. When he was home in May, we had an argument and didn't talk for about 3 days - made up and everything has been wonderful since. He left me his checkbook and access to his online banking in case I needed money while he's gone to pay bills. He asked me to go through and make sure that he documented all of his recent transactions, as he uses his debit card alot. Most transactions were done since June 22, but, I was nosy and looked back to May. During our little "spat" - he had 2 transactions to a florist - one for $154, and the other for $82. His mother also had access to his account at that time. But, these were debit card transactions, which he is the only one that has access to.
So, should I confront him about it? Or suck it up and quit being nosy? There was also a transaction of $54 to a resteraunt during that time too. |
